Proposed Kochin- Kootanad-Mangalore gas pipeline is opposed by the farmers.

There are hundreds of farmers are gathered and opposed the land survey work goes to be started at Nandarapadav(Vorkady panchayath) the boarder area of Kerala and Karnataka. No sooner the massage heard by the farmers all of the victims along with the neibhours are gatherd at the boarder spot and strongly protested against the survey work along with leadership of .Manjeshwar Block Panchayath President  harshad Vorkady.. The victims gathered are prepared a mass memorandum handed over to the Pipeline and revenue authority and asked the brief reply for the memorandum submitted earlier.
