The victims gathered are prepared a mass memorandum handed over to the Pipeline and revenue authority and asked the brief reply for the memorandum submitted earlier.

പെരുമ്പിലാവ്: വാതക പൈപ്പ്‌ലൈന്‍ റൂട്ട് പരിശോധനയ്‌ക്കെത്തിയ ഗെയില്‍ അധികൃതരെ നാട്ടുകാര്‍ തടഞ്ഞു. കൊച്ചിയില്‍ നിന്ന് മംഗലാപുരത്തേക്കും ബാംഗ്ലൂരിലേക്കും പ്രകൃതിവാതകം കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നതിനായി ഗ്യാസ്അതോറിട്ടി ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യ ലിമിറ്റഡി (ഗെയില്‍) ന്റെ പരിശോധനയ്‌ക്കെത്തിയ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെയാണ് ആക്ഷന്‍ കൗണ്‍സിലിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ നാട്ടുകാര്‍ തടഞ്ഞത്.

ശനിയാഴ്ച ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരുമണിയോടെയാണ് പന്ത്രണ്ടോളം ഗെയില്‍ അധികൃതര്‍ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി പെരുമ്പിലാവ് കണക്ക കോളനിയില്‍ എത്തിയത്. വിവരമറിഞ്ഞെത്തിയ ആക്ഷന്‍ കൗണ്‍സില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ പുത്തംകുളം ഗ്രൗണ്ടില്‍ പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുമായി വാക്കുതര്‍ക്കം ഉണ്ടായി.

ജനങ്ങളുടെ ജീവനും സുരക്ഷയ്ക്കും ഭീഷണിയാകുന്ന പൈപ്പ്‌ലൈന്‍ സ്ഥാപിക്കാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കില്ലെന്ന് ആക്ഷന്‍ കൗണ്‍സില്‍ കണ്‍വീനര്‍ എം.എ. കമറുദ്ദീന്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ വി.കെ. ഹരിദാസ്, രക്ഷാധികാരി ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണന്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ നേതൃത്വം നല്‍കി. ഏറെ നേരത്തെ പ്രതിഷേധത്തിനൊടുവില്‍ സ്ഥലംപരിശോധന നടത്താനാവാതെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ തിരിച്ചുപോവുകയായിരുന്നു.

  ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ : ಕೊಚ್ಚಿನ್‌-ಕುಟ್ಟನಾಡು-ಮಂಗಳೂರು-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಅನಿಲ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು ಒಕ್ಕೊರೊಳಿನಿಂದ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
  
  ಮೀಂಜ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತು ಸಭಾ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅಹವಾಲು ಆಲಿಕೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಲಲಿರುವ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು ಪ್ರಾಣಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ, ಭೂಮಿ ಕೊಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಖಡಾಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.
  
  
  ಕೆವಲ ಎರಡು ಅಡಿ ವ್ಯಾಸದ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಅನಿಲ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಬಡಜನರಿಂದ 66 ಅಡಿ ಅಗಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಹತ್ತು ಶೇಕಡಾ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಕೈತೊಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಗೈಲ್‌ಕಂಪೆನಿಯ ಹುನ್ನಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಯಲು ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದೂ, ಜನವಾಸವಿಲ್ಲದ ಬದಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಈ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಕಂಪೆನಿಯು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದೂ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದರು.
  
  ಈ ಅನಿಲ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನ ಸುರಕ್ಷತತೆಯ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಕಂಪೆನಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಭರವಸೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದೂ, ಮಲೆಯಾಳಂ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿ ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನೊಟೀಸು ನೀಡದೆ ವಂಚಿಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆಯೆಂದೂ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು ಆಪಾದಿಸಿದರು.
  
  ನಿಬಿಡ ಜನಸಾಂದ್ರತೆಯಿರುವ ಕೇರಳದಲ್ಲಿ ವಸತಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳು,ಕೃಷಿಭೂಮಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಮುಖಾಮತರ ಹಾದುಹೋಗಲಿರುವ ಈ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನಿಗೆ ಕರಾವಳಿ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಡಿಮೆ ವೆಚ್ಚದಾಯಕವಾದುದು ಎಂದು ಕಾಸರಗೋಡು ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ ಪಂಚಾಯತು ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮೂಸಾ.ಬಿ.ಚೆರ್ಕಳ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
  
  ಕೆಕೆಎಂಬಿಪಿಎಲ್‌ಗಾಗಿನ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್‌ ನಿಸಾರ್‌ ಈ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿತ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನಿನ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತತೆ ಕುರಿತು ವಿಶದೀಕರಿಸಿ, ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರ ವಾದ ಆಲಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಯುಕ್ತ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

  ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ: ಉದ್ದೇಶಿತ ಕೊಚ್ಚಿ-ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ಯಾಸ್‌ ಸಾಗಾಟ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕೇರಳದಾದ್ಯಂತ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಹೋರಾಟಗಳು ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ. ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಜಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಗಾಳಿಗೆ ತೂರಿ ಗೈಲ್‌ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್‌ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಕಾಸರಗೋಡು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಹಿತ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಮಂದಿ ನಿರ್ವಸಿತರಾಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
  
  ಬಹುತೇಕ ಕೃಷಿಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್‌ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಭೂಸ್ವಾದಿನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಚುರುಕುಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರ ಹೋರಾಟವೂ ಶಕ್ತಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ.
  
  
  ಕೇರಳ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೊಚ್ಚಿ ಪುದುವೈಪಿನ ಎಲ್‌.ಎನ್‌.ಜಿ. ಟರ್ಮಿನಲ್‌ನಿಂದ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಅನಿಲವನ್ನು ಸಾಗಿಸಲು ಗ್ಯಾಸ್‌ ಅಥಾರಿಟಿ ಆಫ್‌ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್‌(ಗೈಲ್‌) ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ 2009ರ ಸೆಪ್ಟಂಬರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ವಿ.ಎಸ್‌. ಅಚ್ಯುತಾನಂದನ್‌ ಸರಕಾರ ನಿಶ್ಯರ್ಥ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಜನನಿಬಿಡ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಾದುಹೋಗಲಿದ್ದು, ಜನ ಆತಂಕಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
  
  ಎರ್ನಾಕುಲಂ, ತೃಶೂರು, ಪಾಲಕ್ಕಾಡ್‌, ಮಲಪ್ಪುರಂ, ಕೋಯಿಕ್ಕೋಡು, ಕಣ್ಣೂರು, ಕಾಸರಗೋಡು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್‌ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನಿನ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಭಾರೀ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಪೈಪ್‌ಗ್ಳು ಕೇರಳವನ್ನು ತಲುಪುತ್ತಿವೆ. 14,500 ಕೋ.ರೂ.ವ್ಯಯಿಸಿ 354 ಕಿ.ಮೀ.ಉದ್ದದ ಕೊಚ್ಚಿ-ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಹಾಗೂ 254 ಕಿ.ಮೀ.ಉದ್ದದ ಕೊಚ್ಚಿ-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನಿಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರ ಹಸಿರು ನಿಶಾನೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನೀಡಿದೆ. 2 ಅಡಿ ಅಗಲದ ಪೈಪ್‌ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲು 20 ಮೀ.ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಬಹುತೇಕ ಕೃಷಿಭೂಮಿ ಎಂಬುದು ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದೂ ಪೈಪ್‌ 12 ಮೀಟರ್‌ ಉದ್ದವಿದ್ದು, 24 ಇಂಚು ಅಗಲವಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 6 ಅಡಿ ಆಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಪೈಪ್‌ಗ್ಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪೈಪಿಗೆ 2 ಲಕ್ಷ.ರೂ.ಮೌಲ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪೈಪನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಲು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಪಡಿಸುವ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಶೇಕಡಾ.10ರಷ್ಟು ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಧನವಾಗಿ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಕೃತರು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಮಂದಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
  
  
  ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಹೋರಾಟ
  
  ಆಸ್ಟ್ರೇಲಿಯಾದಿಂದ ಹಡಗಿನ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೊಚ್ಚಿಗೆ ತಲುಪುವ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಅನಿಲವನ್ನು ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳನ್ನು ಬೀದಿಪಾಲು ಮಾಡುವುದು ಖಚಿತಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಪುಡಿಗಾಸಿನ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಿ ಬಲವಂತವಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಕೇರಳದುದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಕೃಷಿಭೂಮಿಗಳು ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಜನ ನಿಬಿಡ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಗುವ ಈ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನಿನ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗೈಲ್‌ ಕಂಪೆನಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನೂ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರದ 1962ರ ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲಿಯಂ ಮತ್ತು ಮಿನರಲ್‌ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಅನುಸಾರ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ನಡೆಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಗೈಲ್‌ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ತಾವು ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದೂ, 20 ಮೀ.ಅಗಲದಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯುವುದಾಗಿಯೂ, ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಟ್ಟಡ, ರಸ್ತೆ, ಬಾವಿ, ಕೊಳವೆಬಾವಿ, ಇಂಗುಗುಂಡಿ, ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌, ಚರಂಡಿ, ಆವರಣಗೋಡೆ, ನಿರ್ಮಿಸ ಕೂಡದೆಂದೂ, ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಡಕೂಡದೆಂದೂ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.
  
  ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದಲೆ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ ಏಕಾಏಕಿ ಭೂಮಾಲಕರಿಗೆ ನೋಟಿಸು ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಕಾಸರಗೋಡು ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನದ ಪ್ರಾಥಾಮಿಕ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

  ಕೊಚ್ಚಿಯಿಂದ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಕಡಲ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಬಾರದೇಕೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು ಗೈಲ್‌ ಅಧಿಕೃತರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಡಲ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದರೆ ಸುಗಮ, ಮಿತಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಡೆತಡೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿರುವಾಗ ಸಹಸ್ರಾರು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಕೃಷಿಕರನ್ನು ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರನ್ನಾಗಿಸಿ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡದೆ ಜನನಿಬಿಡ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೊಡೊಯ್ಯುವುದು ನ್ಯಾಯವಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಅಲ್ಲಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ ಕೃಷಿಕರು, ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕಿಳಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನರ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಕಸಿಯುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಲಿ, ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು ಇನ್ನೂ ನಿಗೂಢವಾಗಿದೆ. ಜನರ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ಕೊಳ್ಳಿಯಿಡುವ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್‌ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮಂದಿ ಕಂಗಾಲಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಸ್ವವನ್ನೂ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿರುವ ಅಮಾಯಕರ ಆರ್ತನಾದವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವವರಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು ದುರಂತ.

  ಕಣ್ಣೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಾದು ಕಾಸರಗೋಡು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ತಳಿಪರಂಬು ಸಮೀಪದ ಕೊಡಕ್ಕಾಡು ಮೂಲಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವ ಗೈಲ್‌ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್‌ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಕಾಸರಗೋಡಿನ ಚೆರ್ಕಳದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಗಿ ಮಧೂರು, ಮಾಯಿಪ್ಪಾಡಿ, ನಾೖಕಾಪು, ಸೂರಂಬೈಲು, ಎಡನಾಡು, ಕೊಡಿಯಮ್ಮೆ, ಬಂಬ್ರಾಣ,ಇಚ್ಚಿಲಂಗೋಡು, ಉಪ್ಪಳ ಹೊಳೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಮೀಂಜ, ಕಳಿಯೂರು, ಕೊಡ್ಲಮೊಗರು ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಗಿ ಮುಡಿಪು ಹಾದಿಯಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.

  ಜ.12 ಹಾಗೂ 13ರಂದು ಮೀಂಜ ಪಂಚಾಯತು ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೈಲ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮೊಕ್ಕಾಂ ಹೂಡಲಿದ್ದು, ಮಿಂಜ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು ಈ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ನೋಟಿಸಿಗೆ ತಕರಾರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದವರಿಗೆ ಈ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ನೋಟಿಸು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಗೈಲ್‌ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರ ಹೋರಾಟ ಸಮಿತಿ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೂ ಈ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ചെര്‍ക്കള: കൊച്ചിയില്‍ നിന്ന് മംഗലാപുരത്തേക്ക് ഗ്യാസ് കൊണ്ടുപോകാന്‍ നിര്‍ദേശിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഗ്യാസ് പൈപ്പ്‌ലൈന്‍ ജനവാസ പ്രദേശത്ത് നിന്നും മാറ്റി സ്ഥാപിക്കണമെന്ന് ഗ്യാസ് പൈപ്പ്‌ലൈന്‍ വിരുദ്ധ ആക്ഷന്‍ കമ്മിറ്റി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ചെങ്കള പഞ്ചായത്ത് കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി ഹാളില്‍ ചേര്‍ന്ന യോഗത്തില്‍ ചെങ്കള പഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്റ് എച്ച്. മുഹമ്മദ് കുഞ്ഞി ചായിന്റടി അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ചു. കാസര്‍കോട് ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് മൂസ ബി. ചെര്‍ക്കള സ്വാഗതം പറഞ്ഞു.

പൈപ്പ് ലൈന്‍ കടന്നുപോകുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് 20 മീറ്റര്‍ വീതിയില്‍ നിര്‍മാണ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ നടത്താനോ മരങ്ങള്‍ വെച്ച് പിടിപ്പിക്കുവാനോ പാടില്ലെന്ന് നിബന്ധനയില്‍ പറയുന്നു. പൈപ്പ് ലൈന്‍ കടന്നുപോകുന്ന ഭൂവുടമകളുടെ സ്ഥലം ഫലത്തില്‍ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുകയാണ്. പൈപ്പ് കടന്നുപോകുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തിന്റെ 10 ശതമാനം തറവില നഷ്ടപരിഹാരമായി നല്‍കുമെന്നാണ് കമ്പനി പറയുന്നത്. പൊന്നുംവിലയുള്ള ഭൂമിയാണ് കര്‍ഷകര്‍ക്കും മറ്റു ഭൂവുടമകള്‍ക്കും നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നത്.

ജനവികാരം കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ഗെയ്ല്‍ കമ്പനിയും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവരും ഗ്യാസ് പൈപ്പ് ലൈന്‍ ജനങ്ങള്‍ തിങ്ങിപ്പാര്‍ക്കുന്ന പ്രദേശത്ത് നിന്ന് മാറ്റാന്‍ തയ്യാറാവണമെന്നും ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ശക്തമായ സമരപരിപാടിയുമായി മുമ്പോട്ട് പോകേണ്ടിവരുമെന്നും യോഗം മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നല്‍കി.

ആക്ഷന്‍ കമ്മിറ്റി ചെയര്‍മാനായി ചെങ്കള പഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്റ് സി.എച്ച്. മുഹമ്മദ് കുഞ്ഞി ചായിന്റടിയെയും വര്‍ക്കിങ് ചെയര്‍മാനായി കാസര്‍കോട് ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് മൂസ്സ ബി. ചെര്‍ക്കളയെയും കണ്‍വീനറായി മഞ്ചേശ്വരം ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് അര്‍ഷദ് വോര്‍ക്കാടിനെയും തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു. ഭാവിപരിപാടികള്‍ പിന്നീട് തീരുമാനിക്കും. ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് മെമ്പര്‍ ബി. കുമാരന്‍ നന്ദി പറഞ്ഞു.

inaugurated the meeting and Vorkady Panchayath Vice President Sri. P.

Panchayath Vice President Sri Abdul Kareem,  Sri. Majal Mohammed, Sri.

Before conclusion of the meeting they unanimously made the following

Authoriy of above said project, by each and every  person who received
the letter from GAIL and one whose land shell be acquired by the Gail.
No. 2. It is resolver to oppose the above said project at any cost to
save the aggrieved farmers and agriculturist of the above project.

the above project as bellow.

gas pipeline infrastructure in Kerala.

The Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) signed an agreement with the Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday for the development of a State-wide gas pipeline infrastructure in Kerala.

The project envisages establishment of gas pipelines for distribution of gas from the LNG terminal under construction in Kochi, for industrial and other uses including use as cooking gas and fuel for vehicles. A sub-sea pipeline to Kayamkulam Thermal power plant and another pipeline to Mangalore will be part of the network that will pass through all the districts in the State.

The network with 1100 km of pipelines would be ready for supply of gas by 2012. The infrastructure, along with the LNG Terminal in Kochi, will attract an investment of about Rs. 8,500 crore. Executive Director (Marketing) of GAIL J. Wason and Managing Director of KSIDC Alkesh Sharma inked the agreement in the presence of Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan, Industries Minister Elamaram Kareem, Finance Minister Thomas Isaac, Education Minister M.A. Baby and Revenue Minister K.P. Rajendran at a function held in the Secretaria

The above named objector submits as follows.
      That the objector has noticed the Gazette Publication dated .............. in the above subject.  As per said Gazette publication, immoveable property of the objector comprised in R.S.No. ......of  ............ village is also involved and proposed pipeline passes through that property objector resists said proposal on the following grounds.

1. That the objector is an agriculturist and he is solely depending on the     income derived from the proposed land.
2. That the property of the objector is situated in a residential area and except said property objectors does not own any other land.
3. That the objector has already invested huge sum for agricultural operation in the proposed land.
4. That the proposed land is the only source of habitation and if it is acquired, objector cannot have any site for habitation.
5. That the proposed route is most circuitous one and it can be shifted to the sea shore.
6. That the objector is a small farmer and if the land is acquired his entire source of income would be ruined.
7. That the objector is enclosing the copy of his documents.
8. Hence it is prayed that proposed acquisition may kindly be dropped in the interest of justice.
9. Proposed line passes very near to the dwelling house and there is a permanent structure embedded to the earth. Hence proposed line should be shifted.
